Note: Don Armstrong's Skiffle Group included Adrian Henri, the Liverpool poet who was a
rather eccentric art student at the time. He is described in Ian Carr's biography
"with his purple shirt and suede shoes... hanging from his hands from the theatre balcony" in excitement
at the performance of the "modern" jazz music at the Liverpool University event
